Like many CEOs, I too get caught up in the relentless fast pace of business, rarely taking the time to celebrate our teams’ accomplishments. As the holiday season is here and we prepare to welcome the new year, I made it a point to slow down for a moment and take some time to reflect and appreciate all that we were able to accomplish throughout 2023.
Looking back, here are some of highlights that stand out.
- Expansion of our team, hiring many experts to enhance our client experience and bring industry-specific knowledge that helps our clients achieve their business goals.
- The launch of Aqueity Insight Client IT Portal offering easier to use ticket submission, robust reporting, cloud license management, application dashboards, employee technical training library and so much more.
- An increase in client-centric initiatives such as technical workshop webinars, one-on-one client interactions and additional strategic business meetings. The strategic approach to everything we do is better positioning our team to serve the needs of your business.
- Increased investments in our team's career pathing, training, and well-being through the implementation of our PairUp mentorship program, Aqueity benefits menu, and our next level emerging leaders’ program.
In addition to professional milestones, our team engaged in many meaningful philanthropy activities including but not limited to LaRabida Children's Hospital, Rotary, Chicagoland Lutheran Education Foundation, and many other child-focused support organizations.
And although it was a busy year, we didn't forget to celebrate along the way. Movie and game nights, quarterly team events, summer lake cruise and an awesome end of the year holiday party.
As we turn our focus to 2024, our team remains dedicated to providing an extraordinary IT experience to you and your team.
